Made the Pork Souvlaki Kebabs (2nd Airfryer Book). Swapped out the paprika for chilli flakes and airfryed the Flatbread after cooking the kebabs, few tips, turn the kebabs halfway through and the Flatbreads. The tzatziki was amazing!

Been wanting to make this since I got the new Airfryer Book... but as I cook the meals for myself I needed a thick loin chop.. managed to get one from the butcher .. I just halved the ingredients and I tossed the potatoes in a tiny amount of oil and garlic granules .. when the meat had had 10 mins I made a little tray from foil to pop it into to add the glaze … absolutely delicious…
