Step 1
Coat 3 chicken breasts in 3 tablespoons of cornflour and mix with 1 teaspoon of paprika

Dip your chicken into a beaten egg. Then, coat it in a mixture of 120g crushed cornflakes and 30g Parmesan cheese.
