Step 1

Coat 3 chicken breasts in 3 tablespoons of cornflour and mix with 1 teaspoon of paprika

Step 2

Dip your chicken into a beaten egg. Then, coat it in a mixture of 120g crushed cornflakes and 30g Parmesan cheese.

Step 3

Spray the chicken goujons with low cal oil and air fry at 200 for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
