Tonight we had Honey Chilli Beef Noodles from book one page 39. Very tasty. Maybe one tsp of chilli flakes would be enough if you don't like it too hot. My spring onions were large.

"The sun was shining yesterday so we embraced it fully with a summery dinner! Airfryer tandoori kebabs inspired by @boredoflunch ! His recipe is on his page and it’s surprisingly so easy to do and is definitely minimum effort & maximum satisfaction! We just served ours with tzatziki, pitta & our neighbors bought us round homemade biriani! A great dinner!"
