Method
Step 1
Coat 400g of chicken in all of the spices, yogurt, tomato puree, lemon and a dash of red food colouring. Once done, mix together in a bowl.
Step 2
Place the chicken pieces onto skewers and cook them in the air fryer at 200°C for 17 minutes.
Step 3
Create your refreshing mint and lime yogurt dip by blending fat-free yogurt with the juice of two limes, freshly chopped mint, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Step 4

Ingredients
400g of chicken to be coated in:
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp turmeric
1 heaped tbsp yogurt
1 tbsp tomato purée
1 tbsp garlic purée
1 tsp ground ginger
Salt and pepper
1 tsp oil
Juice of a lemon
1 tsp red food colouring (Optional)
For the Mint & Lime yoghurt, mix the following:
1 to 2 tbsp of fat free yogurt
Juice of 2 limes
Freshly chopped mint
Salt and pepper
