If you like quick and easy meals like this, you can pick up a copy of my latest cookbook Air Fryer 30 Minute Meals (link in my bio).    Ingredients:  * 200g chicken breasts chunks  * 2 tbsp @pataksuk tikka paste   * Frozen chips  * 2-3 flatbreads  * Chopped lettuce  * Red onion  * Yogurt Dressing:  * 3-4 tbsp Greek yogurt  * Juice of one lime  * Handful of coriander   * Salt and pepper 
Method:  1. Coat your chicken breast chunks with 2 tbsp tikka paste and pop the chunks onto a metal skewer  2. Pop the chicken skewers in the air fryer for 14 minutes at 200 along with some frozen chips   3. While cooking, prepare your yogurt dressing by mixing together some greek yogurt, lime juice, coriander, salt and pepper  4. Prepare your flatbreads with some sauce, lettuce, onion and top with your cooked chips and chicken tikka skewer. Just as good as a takeaway (and healthier too!) Please remove the metal skewer before biting 😂

Method

Step 1

Coat your chicken breast chunks with 2 tbsp tikka paste and pop the chunks onto a metal skewer 

 

Step 2

Pop the chicken skewers in the air fryer for 14 minutes at 200°C (390°F) along with some frozen chips  

Step 3

While cooking, prepare your yogurt dressing by mixing together some greek yogurt, lime juice, coriander, salt and pepper

Step 4

Prepare your flatbreads with some sauce, lettuce, onion and top with your cooked chips and chicken tikka skewer. Just as good as a takeaway (and healthier too!)

2 tbsp Patak tikka paste  

50g (2 oz) Frozen chips 

2 flatbreads 

Chopped lettuce 

Red onion 

Yogurt Dressing: 

3-4 tbsp Greek yogurt

Juice of one lime

Handful of coriander

Salt and pepper
