I think you all know by now how much I love my air fryer. So I’ve decided to challenge my followers to the ultimate air fryer challenge.
For the next 30 days, I challenge you to cook with your air fryer. It’s not only incredibly easy but also really cost-effective. I say this as if this is a big challenge, when in reality cooking things in the air fryer couldn’t be easier.

To give you all some inspiration, I’ve shared some recipe ideas and a shopping list for the week ahead. So without further ado, here are some delicious recipes to try out in July.
Monday - Air Fryer Cajun Chicken Thighs
Here’s the thing, this chicken is perfect for a salad or rice bowl but it tastes THAT good it might not last long enough to make it to the salad. You’ll eat it straight away. I’d go as far to say these taste like they’ve been done on the bbq. These are gorgeous in tacos or even just on their own.
Tuesday - Air Fryer Fish Tacos
I absolutely love tacos, and given my choice of filling, I’ll always go with cod. These air fryer fish tacos are simply gorgeous and feel so fresh with the zesty lemon and lime flavours. You can really play around with this recipe – change the protein, add mango or chilli, make them totally veggie – the possibilities are endless.
Wednesday - Air Fryer Chicken Garlic Fried Rice
This air fryer chicken fried rice features fluffy rice, tender chicken, and a medley of colourful vegetables – all cooked to perfection in your air fryer. It’s a complete meal in one that’s ready in a flash, making it perfect for those nights when everyone’s running late.
Thursday - Air Fryer Tandoori Chicken Skewers & Rice
Get all over these, they’re perfect and beyond simple to make. I usually serve with a small flatbread and some microwave rice bags, a filling and quick midweek meal that I know you will love. Serve with Rotis, Chapatis or flatbreads and Pilau rice.
Friday - Air Fryer Fish and Chips
No need for a takeaway when you’ve got this recipe. Make this delicious air fryer fish and chip recipe, with my own personal spin… salt and vinegar crisps instead of batter! It’s a fun and healthier alternative to your regular fish and chips takeaway.
Saturday - Air Fryer Hot Honey Chicken Tenders
So easy to make these and they taste insane. They’re lovely on their own or add them to a wrap or sandwich.
Sunday - Air Fryer Crispy Beijing Beef
