Method
Step 1
Add all of your ingredients into the slow cooker (vegetable stock, bay leaves, curry powder, garlic, onion, potatoes, celery, salt and pepper) and cook on high for 3 hours.
Step 2
Turn the slow cooker off and then blitz the soup creating a smooth texture.
Step 3

1/2 a tsp of curry powder
2-3 bay leaves

1.2L of vegetable stock
100ml of skimmed milk
