Can I make Biscoff ice cream without an ice cream maker?
Yes. This recipe creates a creamy Biscoff frozen dessert using bananas and Greek yoghurt, so you don’t need an ice cream machine. Simply freeze in lolly moulds for an easy homemade treat.
What is Biscoff spread made from?
Biscoff spread is made from crushed Lotus Biscoff caramelised biscuits blended with vegetable oils and other ingredients to create a smooth, sweet spread with its signature caramel flavour.
Can I make these without banana?
Yes. Swap the bananas for around 200g of thick Greek yoghurt or a mixture of cream cheese and yoghurt for a different texture. The banana adds natural sweetness and extra creaminess.
How long do homemade ice lollies last?
Store these Biscoff Ice Lollies in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 3 months. For the best flavour and texture, enjoy within one month.
Can I use full-fat Greek yoghurt?
Absolutely. Full-fat Greek yoghurt makes the lollies even creamier, while 0% Greek yoghurt keeps them lighter.
Can I make these dairy free?
Yes. Use your favourite dairy-free yoghurt and plant-based milk. Check that your chosen Biscoff spread is suitable for your dietary requirements.
Are Biscoff Ice Lollies healthy?
These are a lighter alternative to many shop-bought ice creams because they’re made with fruit and Greek yoghurt, while still delivering plenty of indulgent Biscoff flavour.
Can I use crunchy Biscoff spread?
Yes. Crunchy Biscoff spread adds even more biscuit texture and works perfectly in this recipe.
Where do I get the lolly moulds?
I get these ice lolly moulds from Amazon. So easy to clean too.
