I love pigs in blankets. Whilst these of course are a gorgeous festive dish, feel free to make them all year round or swap out the cranberry sauce for some caramelised onion chutney.

Arrange the sausages on top of the bacon strips, then carefully slice along each sausage, almost all the way through.

Fill the sausage with cranberry and Brie.
Step 3
Roll the sausage in the bacon.

Spray the pigs in blankets in low calorie spray and air fry for 15-17 mins at 180°C (350°F). For cocktail sausages 12-14 mins will be enough, large sausages 17 mins.
