Add all ingredients but the Brocolli, rice and chilli, cook on high for 3 hours or low for 6 2. Add in the brocolli and allow to cook for a further 30 mins or so 3. Method
Step 1
Add all ingredients but the Broccoli, rice and chilli, cook on high for 3 hours or low for 6 hours
Step 2
Add in the broccoli and allow to cook for a further 30 mins or so
Step 3
Garnish with chilli and serve with 125g rice per person

400g thin beef steaks cut into chunks
1 x onion cut chunky
5 tbsp dark soy sauce
2 tbsp hoisin
1-2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
1 tbsp ginger purée or paste
3 sliced garlic cloves
350ml chicken stock (beef stock is too rich for this)
Crack of black Pepper
