Air Fryer Hot Dog Puffs

If you love hot dogs and sausage rolls, you’ll adore these Air Fryer Hot Dog Puffs. Crisp on the outside and saucy on the inside, these hot dog puffs are quick and easy to make in your air fryer. Ideal for family gatherings, picnics, or a fun weeknight treat, this recipe offers a delectable twist on classic comfort food.
Method
Step 1
Grab your puff pastry and lay out on a flat surface so it is nice and flat
Step 2
Smear the puff pastry with ketchup and mustard, spread the fried onions, cucumbers and cheese over the pastry, then place the sausages on two of the edges
Step 3
Roll up and cut into pieces as desired, brush with egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds and air fry at 180°C (355°F) for 15 minutes until golden brown.
Ingredients
1 puff pastry (I use Jus Rol)
4-5 hot dog sausages
1-2 tbsp each of ketchup and mustard
4-5 pickled cucumbers cut into thin slices
5-6 tbsp fried onions
150 g grated cheese
1 egg
Black and white sesame seeds
