Nigella is the queen of Christmas in my opinion and I was inspired to make her cranberry and soy cocktail sausages with a twist. ENJOY!

  • Cranberry sauce
  • Soy sauce
  • Sweet chilli sauce (optional, for a bit of kick)
  • Brown sugar
  • Orange juice
  • Lime juice

Method

Step 1

This couldn’t be any easier, but chuck all of the ingredients above into a bowl and give it a good stir 

 

Step 2

Remove the air fryer tray for an easier clean up, then add your cocktail sausages and sauce giving it a good mix.  

Step 3

Airfry for 12-14 minutes at 200°C (390°F). Serve with some sesame seeds and enjoy 😊  

Ingredients

1 pack of cocktail sausages (I use Dennys)

For the sauce:

4-6 tbsp sweet chilli  

4 tbsp cranberry  

4 tbsp dark soy sauce   

1-2 tbsp orange juice  

1 tbsp dark brown sugar   

Juice of one lime
