Air Fryer Chicken Stuffing Baguettes

Chicken and stuffing sandwiches are already a favourite of mine, but adding gravy takes it to a whole new level. Perfect for a Sunday lunch or when having friends over.  

Get ready for a tasty twist on a viral favourite: chicken stuffing baguettes made right in the air fryer. These chicken baguettes are super easy to make and taste so good. They’re packed with flavour and perfect for any get-together, whether you’re chilling out on a lazy Sunday or having a gathering with friends. This chicken and stuffing baguette sharing board is sure to be the highlight of any party. Method

Step 1

Mix your olive oil, paprika, oregano, salt and pepper in a small bowl and use this to coat your whole chicken. Pop into the air fryer (breast down) at 190°C (375°F) for 50 minutes.  

Step 2

While the chicken is cooking, prepare your stuffing by mixing some butter with your sage and onion stuffing. Pop into some tinfoil. 

Step 3

After 50 minutes, flip your chicken and pop the stuffing in beside the chicken and cook for an additional 15 minutes (until nice and crispy).

Step 4

1 large rotisserie chicken 

1 tbsp olive oil  

1tsp paprika 

1 tsp oregano  

Salt and pepper 

2 baguettes (cut in half) 

200g (7 oz) sage & onion breadcrumb stuffing 

100g (3 1/2 oz) butter, melted

Chicken or onion gravy (for dipping)
