Method
Step 1
Add your chicken thigh, dark soy sauce, honey, cornflour, water, garlic, sriracha, chicken stock, hoisin and ginger to your slow cooker for 4-5 hours on high or 7-8 on low. Stir every few hours to slightly break it up.
Step 2
Toss in cooked noodles and spring onions.
Step 3

200g (1 cup) of noodles
1 tbsp of hoisin
1 tbsp ginger
