What You Need To Make Air Fryer Hunters Chicken
Chicken: For the best results, use boneless chicken breasts or thighs.
Bacon: Smoked bacon rashers work well, but feel free to experiment with different types. Streaky bacon or medallions can also be used.
BBQ Sauce: Store-bought or homemade BBQ sauce both work great. For a twist, try different BBQ sauce flavours like honey, spicy, or smoky varieties.

Step 1
Rinse the baby potatoes and pat them dry. Cut them into halves or quarters for quicker cooking.
Step 2
Coat the potato pieces in low calorie oil spray, then sprinkle with paprika, salt, and pepper for flavour. Place them in the air fryer basket and cook at 200°C (390ºF) for 5 minutes until they’re crispy on the outside.
Step 3
While the potatoes are cooking, prepare the bacon-wrapped chicken. Wrap each chicken breast with bacon slices and place them in the air fryer basket with the partially cooked potatoes. Cook for an additional 15 minutes at 200°C (390ºF) until the chicken is cooked through and the bacon is crispy.
Step 4
Once the chicken and potatoes are cooked, brush the chicken breasts with BBQ sauce and sprinkle grated cheese over them. Add a dash of Worcestershire sauce for extra flavour. Return the chicken and potatoes to the air fryer and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Step 5

700g (1lb 9 oz) baby potatoes halved
Low calorie oil spray
4 tbsp BBQ sauce
2 handfuls of cheddar
1 tbsp paprika
Salt and pepper
1-2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
