Strawberry Sorbet Ice Lollies
You all LOVED the peanut butter magnums I made, so let’s make a super refreshing ice lolly everyone can enjoy.

Method
Step 1
Blend your strawberries with Greek yogurt and honey
Step 2
Pour the mixture into your lolly moulds and freeze for 4-6 hours (or overnight like I did)
Step 3
Once frozen, remove the ice lollies from the moulds and enjoy 😊
Step 4
Note, if you’re vegan or prefer blant based, you can swap out the Greek yogurt for coconut yogurt or any plant-based alternative. Link to the ice lolly mould is right here.
