When the sun comes out, there’s nothing quite like enjoying a delicious treat to cool down. For many, that perfect treat is a Magnum ice cream. However, indulging in such rich desserts often comes with a side of guilt due to their high calorie and sugar content. But what if you could have all the pleasure without any of the guilt? Say hello to these healthy peanut butter chocolate ice lollies. Deeeelicious.
Method
Step 1
In a blender, mix your banana, peanut butter, yoghurt and milk (this should make a nice smooth liquid)
Step 2
Pour the mixture into your lolly moulds (I just got these on Amazon) and pop them into the freezer for 3-4 hours
Step 3
After 3-4 hours, melt your dark chocolate with a teaspoon of coconut oil and pour into a mug/cup of choice. Grab your lolly mould from the freezer and dip the lollies into the chocolate until they are fully covered
Step 4
Set the lollies on a tray with greaseproof paper so they don’t stick and freeze for another 30 mins.
Step 5
Hopefully you can wait the 30 minutes! They are too good.
