Step 1
Whisk the egg yolks and sugar together until nice and creamy
Step 2
Add the mixture to your slow cooker with the rest of the ingredients (except the cream and ground cinnamon) and give it a good mix

Cook on low for 90 minutes stirring 1-2 times throughout the cooking process.

Remove the cinnamon sticks and transfer the eggnog into mugs. Serve with some whipped cream and add some ground cinnamon for decoration.

100g (½ cup) granulated sugar
350mls (1 ½ cups) cream
475mls (2 cups) milk
1 tsp ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cinnamon sticks
