Method

Step 1

Using a Mezzaluna, chop your dry ingredients together (lettuce, chicken, bacon).

Step 2

Once the dry ingredients are chopped, add your Caesar dressing, salt and pepper and parmesan to the mixture and combine.

Step 3

Slice your bagels in half and pop your mixture on top of the bagel

Step 4

Wrap your bagels in some foil. They should keep for 3 days and be sure to store in the fridge. Enjoy!

Ingredients

3 bagels (I opted for sesame seed)
2 cooked chicken breasts
100g cooked crispy bacon (or you can cook in the air fryer)
Sweet gem lettuce
60g Parmesan
For the Caesar dressing use shop bought, or mix together:
2 tbsp garlic mayo
Juice of half a lemon
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper
