Method
Step 1
Cut your salmon into chunks and into a bowl add your soy sauce, hoy sin, honey and white rice vinegar.
Step 2
Pop your coated salmon into the air fryer for 8 minutes at 190º (375 ºF)
Step 3
Once cooked, it’s time to assemble. I used microwave sticky rice, sliced half an avocado, and added a handful of edamame beans and shredded carrot. 2 salmon fillets, de-skinned
1 packet of Sticky Rice
80g (3 oz) of Edamame
Shredded carrot
Sriracha mayo
Black and white sesame seeds
Chopped mango (optional)
Crispy onions

For the teriyaki glaze:
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp of hoisin
1 tsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp honey
1/2 tsp white rice vinegar
