All you need is some chicken, halloumi, Nando’s seasoning, and sauce, and you’re ready to create a mouthwatering meal. Method
Step 1
Coat your chicken in Nando’s seasoning and olive oil
Step 2
While that is marinating, cut your halloumi and peppers into chunks
Step 3
Build your skewer by popping chicken, pepper and halloumi and repeat
Step 4
Pop the skewers into the air fryer for 15 minutes at 200°C (390°F)
Step 5
When the air fryer has 2 minutes left, coat your chicken skewers in Nandos hot sauce
Step 6
Serve with some Mexican rice and corn on the cob and get stuck in

1 tbsp olive oil
125g (1 cup) of halloumi
Red & yellow peppers
50g (2 oz) Nandos seasoning
