Serves 3 317 calories per skewer Ingredients: – 2 chicken breasts – 1 tbsp olive oil – 125g of halloumi – Red & yellow peppers – 50g Nandos seasoning – Nandos medium hot sauce For serving: – Mexican rice (microwaveable pouch) – Corn on the cob Method: 1. Coat your chicken in Nando’s seasoning and olive oil 2. While that is marinating, cut your halloumi and peppers into chunks 3. Build your skewer by popping chicken, pepper and halloumi and repeat 4. Pop the skewers into the air fryer for 15 minutes at 200. 5. When the air fryer has 2 minutes left, coat your chicken skewers in Nandos hot sauce 6.
