Method

Step 1

Start by scoring your chicken breasts to ensure even cooking, then generously season them with a sprinkle of cajun, adding a kick of flavour.

Step 2

Now, for the star of the show – halloumi! Slice up the salty cheese and stuff it inside the chicken breasts.

Step 3

Next, whip up a glaze by mixing 2 tablespoons of spicy sriracha with 2 tablespoons of sweet honey. Brush this mixture over the top of your chicken breasts, adding a perfect balance of heat and sweetness.

Step 4

Time to air fry! Pop your stuffed chicken breasts in the airfryer and cook them at 190º (375 ºF) for a total of 13 minutes, ensuring they’re cooked through and golden brown. If you prefer your halloumi on the softer side, simply flip the halloumi halfway through cooking to ensure even crispiness.

Step 5

Once your chicken is cooked, serve it up with a side salad, your homemade sriracha mayo and some fluffy rice for a complete and satisfying dinner for the whole family. For more family friendly air fryer meals, take a look at Air Fryer 30 Minute Meals.
