Method

Step 1

Begin by preheating your air fryer to 180º (350ºF). Take your fresh brioche slices and delicately trim off the crusts.

Step 2

In a mixing bowl, combine the butter and light brown sugar using a spatula. Once mixed add the honey and a pinch of salt and mix until smooth.

Step 3

Generously spread the mixture onto every surface of the brioche slices. Once done, carefully place the prepared slices onto a sheet of baking paper, then transfer them into the preheated air fryer, allowing them to cook for approximately 10 minutes.

Step 4

Once the initial cooking phase is complete, flip the brioche slices to ensure even crisping, then return them to the air fryer for an additional 7 minutes.

Step 5

After the cooking process, remove the toast from the air fryer and allow them to cool for 5-10 minutes (this will allow the toast to harden and get nice and crispy)

Step 6

Serve alongside a scoop of creamy vanilla ice cream and a drizzle of melted Biscoff spread, and dig in! For more air fryer recipes, you can pick up a copy of my OG air fryer book The Healthy Air Fryer now!
