Step 1
Slice three chicken breasts and soak them in 150ml buttermilk, salt, and pepper. For best results, refrigerate the chicken for an hour to let it marinate.
Step 2
Then coat the chicken pieces in the flour and garlic granules.
Step 3
Cook in the Airfryer at 200°C (375°F) for 12 minutes, ensure you spray well and shake halfway so they cook evenly.
Step 4
To a pan on a medium heat melt the butter (I used Dromona) along with the honey, soy, garlic and ginger.
Step 5

3 chicken breasts
100ml (2/3 cup) buttermilk
Salt and pepper
60g (½ a cup) of plain flour
60g (½ a cup) of cornflour
1 tsp garlic granules
80g butter (5 1/2 tbsp) – half fat ideally
5 tbsp honey
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
Serve with 120g (5/8 cup) cooked rice per person
