This is how I made the recipe:
@boredoflunch Airfryer XXL Fries 🍟 No description needed, they’re just big chips and you need to make them! So crispy and perfect with your favourite dipping sauce and salt. Ingredients: – 2-3 large potatoes – 60g of cornflour – Salt and pepper to taste – 1 tsp Cajun seasoning – 1-2 tbsp of rapeseed oil Method: 1. Boil peeled and cut potatoes until fork-tender (around 15-20 minutes). 2. Drain, dry, and mash your potatoes. Once mashed, add your Cajun seasoning, some salt, pepper and cornflour. 3. Flatten mixture on parchment paper, using a rolling pin and roll until 1cm thick. 4. Cut into long strips (around 1cm) your mixture should make around 10-14 fries. 5. Brush with rapeseed oil, then pop into the airfryer for 15-20 minutes until nice and crispy. Be sure to flip halfway. 6 Serve with your favourite dipping sauce and enjoy. They are super crunchy.
