Air Fryer Extra Long Fries

I keep seeing these all over my social media, so of course I had to try. They are super crunchy and great when dipped into your favourite sauce.

I’m a sucker for trying viral social media recipes and I can say, these air fryer extra long fries are worth the hype. Inspired by the fries you can get in Japan, these will be your next go-to snack. They taste great and you can also season to your liking.

Ingredients You’ll Need For This Recipe:

  • Starchy potatoes (Maris Piper or Russet work best)
  • Potato starch
  • Seasonings (salt, paprika, garlic powder)
  • Olive oil for brushing
  • Optional: Parmesan cheese and parsley for garnish

Dipping Sauce Recommendations:

Elevate your air fryer XXL fries with these dips:

  • Ketchup

  • Hot Honey
  • Sriracha mayo
  • Garlic aioli

This is how I made the recipe:
