Method
Step 1
Cut the bulb off the garlic and place on tinfoil with some olive oil, salt and pepper and air fry at 200º (390ºF) for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Cut your tomatoes and after the 10 minutes is up pop the tomatoes in with the garlic for another 15 minutes at 200º (390ºF) with some olive oil, salt and pepper.
Step 3
While thats cooking, pour some oil over your sourdough slices and pop into the airfryer for 5 minutes until nice and crispy
Step 4
Once everything is cooked, top the sourdough with some of that delicious roasted garlic, creamy burrata and your roasted tomatoes. Top with basil and enjoy.
