Method

Step 1

Slice your sourdough (I cut about 8 slices into ½ baguette)  

Step 2

Prepare your butter by mixing your butter, honey, garlic, parsley and bacon bits 

Step 3

Spread the garlic butter mixture into each slice and then top with some brie 

Step 4

Air fry at 190°C (375°F) for 8 minutes and serve with some hot honey

50g low fat butter

 

4 garlic cloves, crushed 

Handful of fresh parsley  

Handful of cooked bacon bits  

2 tbsp honey 

100g brie, sliced 

50g hot honey, to serve
