If you’re coming from my email or my week one blog post, I promised to provide a comprehensive shopping list to make your participation as smooth as possible. The quantities are designed for a family of four, so adjust as needed based on your household size.

Meat and dairy are weekly essentials since fresh meat doesn’t last long unless frozen. Here’s your list for seven delicious air fryer recipes:
