Monday: Air Fryer Nandos Chicken & Halloumi Skewers
Sticky Halloumi & Chicken what a combo. Sometimes all you need is a quick skewer with rice for dinner, so simply to make with some Nando’s seasoning & sauce, made in the air fryer.
Tuesday: Air Fryer Cajun Prawn Pil Pil
Not the most traditional way to make this so I apologise to the Spanish in advance. I changed it up and made it with Cajun seasoning instead.
Wednesday: Air Fryer Caprese Chicken
Taking one of my favourite Italian salads and literally shoving it inside a chicken breast. This perfect mid-week meal.
Thursday: Air Fryer Coconut Panko Prawns
One of my favourite work-from-home lunches. Super easy to make and healthy too!
Friday: Air Fryer Harissa Chicken Gyros
Who doesn’t love salted chilli chicken? This air fryer recipe feels and tastes like a takeaway but the nutritional values say differently. If you want more of a sauce with this, you could always buy a jar of supermarket curry sauce and heat it through before adding to the chicken.
Saturday: Air fryer 'Nju-stuffed Arancini Balls
If you’re hosting this weekend, try making air fryer arancini balls. I absolutely love arancini in a restaurant, and these are sure to be popular with guests.
Sunday: Air Fryer Beef Wellington
Anyone can make this, it’s as impressive as it is deceptively simple, and making it in the air fryer makes it much quicker than doing it in the oven.
