Method
Step 1
Cook everything on high for 3 hours or low for longer. You can pre roast the tomatoes for an enhanced flavour but not required – cook on low for 5 hours.
Step 2

1 chilli
5 garlic cloves
1 x onion

1 celery stick
2 carrots
1 x handful of fresh basil
1 tsp oregano
