Made with a secret ingredient (Coca-Cola Zero Sugar) it delivers that irresistible sticky-sweet flavour everyone loves. This versatile slow cooker recipe can be served with nachos, tacos, or sliders, making it a hit at any gathering.

Method

Step 1

Place your pork joint or shoulder into the slow cooker along with all the dry seasonings. Wearing gloves, massage the spices into the pork until it’s fully coated.

Step 2

Add the honey and pour a glass of @cocacolagbi Zero Sugar over the pork. Set the slow cooker to low and let it cook for 8 hours. 

 

Step 3

Once the pork is done, take it out and shred it using two forks. Mix in your favourite BBQ sauce until well combined. 

Step 4

To serve, pop the pulled pork onto brioche buns, top with coleslaw and pickles, and enjoy.

1.4kg pork shoulder  

2 tbsp of honey  

Salt and pepper  

1 tablespoon garlic powder 

1 tablespoon onion powder 

2 tsp paprika 

1 tsp ground cumin 

330ml of Coke Zero 

200g BBQ sauce
