Method
Step 1
Coat your chicken in the paprika, salt and pepper and fry in the oil until the skin has crisped up.
Step 2
Add to the slowcooker with all ingredients for 4 hours on high or 7-8 on low.
Step 3

4 garlic cloves
1 tsp chilli
100ml (2/5 cup) red wine
500g (2 cups) passata, you can use more

Juice of a lemon
Salt and pepper
1 tbsp Cornflour to thicken if required
