Method
Step 1
Steep the ham overnight so it takes the salt out.
Step 2
Add all ingredients to the slow cooker and cook on low for 6-7 hours.
Step 3
Then shred the ham with two forks. DONE ✅

800 – 1KG ham
600g (1 lb 5 oz) baby potatoes
1 jar (500ml) passata
1 tin (400g) chopped tomatoes
1 tin of mixed beans, kidney beans is fine
Tbsp tomato purée
1 x onion
Fresh basil – handful
Salt & Pepper
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp rosemary
3 grated garlic cloves
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 chicken stock pot
