Method
Step 1
Chop your onions and add to a pan with butter and cook for about 10-15 minutes until onions start to caramelise.
Step 2
Add your chicken, onions and the rest of the ingredients to the slow cooker and cook for 3-4 hours on high or 7-8 hours on low.
Step 3
Serve with some creamy mash and garnish with some fresh thyme.
