Method

Step 1

To your slow cooker add boneless chicken thigh, paprika, cajun, garlic, onion granules, oregano, chilli powder, cumin, sriracha, tomato purée, honey, salt and juice of 2 limes. Cook on high for hour fours until chicken falls apart.

Step 2

Before the chicken is ready, prepare your yogurt dressing by mixing together Greek yogurt, juice of a lemon, garlic granules, salt and pepper.

Step 3

Once the chicken is ready, add the slowcooked chicken to the tacos with yogurt, pickled red onion and coriander. The tacos are from M&S but you can use crunchy tacos or even mini tortillas. 500g (14 oz) boneless chicken thigh

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp cajun

1 tsp garlic puree

1 tsp onion granules

1 tsp oregano

1 tsp chilli powder

1 heaped tbsp cumin

3 tbsp sriracha

1 tbsp tomato purée

Juice of 2 limes

2 tbsp honey

Salt

8 soft shell tacos (or mini tortilla wraps)

30g (2 tbsp) pickled red onion

Handful of corrainder

Yogurt dressing – 4 tbsp Greek yogurt, juice of a lemon, 1 tsp garlic granules, salt and pepper
