Cook the chicken on high for 4 hours and it’ll fall apart. 2. Add chicken to the tacos with the yogurt, pickled red onion and coriander. Method

Step 1

To your slow cooker add boneless chicken thigh, paprika, cajun, garlic, onion granules, oregano, chilli powder, cumin, sriracha, tomato purée, honey, salt and juice of 2 limes. Cook on high for hour fours until chicken falls apart.

Step 2

Before the chicken is ready, prepare your yogurt dressing by mixing together Greek yogurt, juice of a lemon, garlic granules, salt and pepper.

Step 3

Once the chicken is ready, add the slowcooked chicken to the tacos with yogurt, pickled red onion and coriander. The tacos are from M&S but you can use crunchy tacos or even mini tortillas.
