Taking your classic cheeseburger and turning it into a slow cooker pasta dish. To all the Italians I apologise for taking your much loved pasta and pairing it with beef into some sort of cheeseburger masterpiece but it really is good, once you make it trust me it’ll be a favourite. Method
Step 1
Brown the mince and onion and add with all other ingredients including the dry pasta (don’t add the cheese or gherkins).
Step 2
Cook on high for 50 minutes to an hour roughly.
Step 3
Stir in the cheddar then top with gherkins cheese slices and parsley, close the lid for 15 minutes.
Step 4

500g (1 pound) cooked beef mince
1 x onion
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp mustard powder
1 tbsp tomato purée
1 tbsp garlic purée
1 tbsp dry parsley
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
320g (3 1/2 cups) of dry pasta
900ml (31 fl oz) of beef stock
Salt and pepper
150g (2/3 cups) cheddar
4 cheese slices
Gherkins chopped
