Tortilla wraps can be a great replacement for all sorts of ingredients if you’re trying to reduce calories. Here, I’m using them in place of pastry to make low-fat sausage rolls. This recipe uses low-fat sausages, too, but I promise with the right seasoning you won’t be compromising on taste. Tag someone who needs to make you these 😉 Ingredients – 6 low fat sausages – 1 wholemeal wrap – Tsp of Sage and rosemary 🍃 – 1 beaten egg 🥚 – 1 tsp of sesame seeds, roughly 6g 1. Remove the sausage from the skins into a bowl 2. Add herbs 3. Spread across the wrap and keep the edges free for the egg wash 4. Egg wash round the meat then roll and cut into slices, I made 8 5. Glaze again and add seeds 6. Airfry for 10 mins at 200 Served with brown sauce. Step 1
Remove the sausages from their skins, or if you prefer just squish them in a bowl with a fork. Mix in the sage, thyme and rosemary, then season with salt.
Step 2
Spread the mixture onto one large wrap but on one side leave a thumb-sized gap for some egg wash. Form into a long roll, then cut into 8-10 small sausage rolls, depending on how thick you like them.
Step 3
Brush the sausage rolls with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Step 4
Air-fry at 200°C (390°F) for 11 minutes.

2 sprigs of rosemary, chopped
1 tortilla wrap
1 egg, beaten
Sesame seeds, for sprinkling
