What is a pistachio chocolate yogurt pot?

Method

Step 1

To a bowl, add your Greek yogurt and 2 tsp pistachio cream with 1 tbsp honey. Give that a good mix and add to two containers.  

Step 2

Melt your dark chocolate with 1 tsp coconut oil and add to the top of your yogurt along with some sea salt and crushed pistachios.

Step 3

Pop in the fridge for 2-3 hours. Once ready, get stuck in. PS – I won’t be held responsible for how addictive this is.

250g 0% Fat Greek Yogurt 

4 tsp pistachio cream (I got mine from M&S)  

1 tbsp honey 

50g dark chocolate, melted 

1 tsp coconut oil 

25g pistachios, crushed
