Method

Step 1

Add your chicken thighs to a bowl with a drizzle of olive oil, salt, pepper and a squeeze of lemon juice and air fry for 12-14 minutes at 190°C (375°F).

Add your vegetables to a vegetable chopper along with some light mayo, salt, pepper, mixed herbs and a juice of ½ lemon.
