Method
Step 1
Pat dry the chicken wings with some kitchen paper, then coat them in 1 tablespoon of the oil and sprinkle with the garlic powder. Air-fry at 200°C (390°F) for 17 minutes. Turn halfway or shake so you get an even cook.
Step 2
Just before the chicken has finished cooking, heat the rest of the oil in a pan, add the chilli and crushed garlic, season with salt and pepper and cook for 1–2 minutes. Put the wings in a bowl, then add the basil and Parmesan and shake together.
Ingredients
15–20 chicken wings, skin on
4 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 red chilli, chopped
2 garlic cloves, crushed
Good handful of fresh basil
2 tbsp grated Parmesan
Salt and pepper, to taste
