You all loved my classic Fifteens, so here’s a new twist… made with Biscoff biscuits and Maltesers. Sweet, crunchy, and honestly next level. These are ridiculously good with a cup of tea.

Method
Step 1
Crush the Biscoff biscuits using a rolling pin and freezer bag, or pulse them in a food processor until broken into small pieces.Â
Step 2
Add the crushed biscuits to a large bowl along with the mini marshmallows, Maltesers, and the tin of condensed milk. Mix everything together until fully combined. It will be quite sticky, but trust the process.Â
Step 3
Sprinkle the desiccated coconut onto a chopping board, then tip the mixture out and roll it into a log shape, coating the outside in the coconut as you roll.Â
Step 4
Wrap tightly in tin foil and place in the fridge for around 2 hours to set. Once firm, slice into rounds and enjoy with a cuppa.Â
