Cheated with bought flatbreads after my cauliflower versions yesterday 😂 Ingredients (You can change up the spice mix as much as you like) Coat 6 boneless and skinless chicken thighs in: – 50g Greek yoghurt – 2tsp tandoori curry powder – 1/2 tsp cumin – 1tsp coriander – 1/2 tsp garam masala – 1 tsp garlic puree – Salt and pepper – ½ lemon, squeezed – A few drops red food colouring and tomato purée (optional) Grab a flatbread of choice and top with: – Tzatziki (I make my own) – Mango chutney – Handful of red onion – Fresh chilli (optional) – Fresh coriander (optional) Method: 1.
