The air fryer is perfect for cooking strips of steak for this delicious steak taco recipe. The beauty of using an air fryer is its ability to evenly cook the meat while retaining its juiciness and flavour. This ensures your steak is perfectly tender and beautifully seared, making it an excellent choice for taco fillings. Feel free to get creative with the herbs you use in this recipe. While basil adds a sweet and aromatic note, traditional coriander (cilantro) can bring a burst of fresh, citrusy flavour that many taco enthusiasts adore. Don’t hesitate to mix and match herbs to suit your taste preferences.
This recipe makes 8 generously filled tacos, making it an ideal dish for sharing with family and friends. Whether you’re hosting a casual get-together or enjoying a family meal, these steak tacos are sure to be a hit.
