Air Fryer Potato Skins

You can even use veggies or sweet potatoes to mix things up, and this snack helps reduce food waste – talk about a win-win. Method

Step 1

Wash and dry the potatoes and peel the skins.

Step 2

Pat dry with a paper towel and mix with seasoning of choice, I used paprika, onion salt and garlic pepper in this video. Add a drizzle of olive oil and mix until well coated.

Step 3

Preheat air fryer to 210°C (410°F) on the airfry setting and add the skins, spreading them out evenly.

Step 4

Cook for approx 10-12 minutes until crispy and brown, shake a couple of times during cooking, and serve straight away. I love eating these with homemade salsa (but you can serve these with your favourite dip).

Leftover potatoes (I used 10 potatoes to make this portion)

Salt and pepper

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp cajun

1 tbsp onion granules

Sauce for dipping (I used salsa)
