Who doesn’t love lasagna? It’s been trending all over my social media lately - lasagna flatbreads, loaded fries, and now... burritos. With some leftover bolognese in my fridge, I decided to give it a try... and it did not disappoint.

Air Fryer Lasagne Burritos 🌯 (473 cals)   A thing of beauty! It’s been trending all over my social media lately. With some leftover bolognese in my fridge, I decided to give it a try… and it was unreal. You probably could meal prep these.     Ingredients:  – Tortilla wrap  – 4 tbsp Bolognese  – 1 fresh Lasagne Sheet (you can use dry and cook for 5 mins) – 2 tbsp Bechamel Sauce   – Handful of cheese & mozzarella blend     Method:    1. Place your wrap on a flat surface and top with 2 tbsp of Bolognese mix, followed by half your cooked pasta sheet, a tbsp of bechamel sauce and some cheese. Repeat this process twice.  2. Fold your burrito (I am terrible at this) and wrap in some tinoil so the wrap doesn’t go hard 3. Place your burrito in the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes at 180  4. Enjoy. These burritos would make a great meal prep too!

Method

Step 1

Place your wrap on a flat surface and top with 2 tbsp of bolognese mix, followed by half your cooked pasta sheet, a tbsp of bechamel sauce and some cheese. Repeat this process twice. 

Step 2

Fold your burrito (I am terrible at this) and wrap in some foil.

Step 3

Place your burrito in the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes at 180° (355°F).

Step 4

Enjoy. These burritos would make a fab meal prep too!
