High in protein and tastes amazing.     Serves 4   368 calories   35 grams of protein    Ingredients:  500g mince   1 pack taco seasoning   400g sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed   Few sprays of Air Fryer Spray from @FrylightHQ   1 tbsp Cajun seasoning   Salt and pepper   8 tbsp cottage cheese, low fat  2 avocados, cubed   2 tbsp hot honey, to serve     Method:     1. Peel, chop and dice your sweet potatoes and add to a bowl with a few sprays of Air Fryer Spray from Frylight, Cajun seasoning, salt and pepper. Add to the air fryer and cook for 18-20 minutes at 200.    2. While that’s cooking, prepare your meat. Add mince to a pan, you can also use the Frylight spray here too to stop it sticking, then season with one packet of taco seasoning and cook until browned.     3. To your bowl, add your cooked mince, sweet potatoes, 2 tbsp of cottage cheese and some avocado. Top with some hot honey and get stuck in. Method

Step 1

Peel, chop and dice your sweet potatoes and add to a bowl with a few sprays of Frylight, Cajun seasoning, salt and pepper. Add to the air fryer and cook for 18-20 minutes at 200°C (390°F).

Step 2

While that’s cooking, prepare your meat. Add mince to a pan, you can also use the Frylight spray here too, then season with one packet of taco seasoning and cook until browned.
