If you’re struggling to come up with a mid-week meal that will satisfy the whole family, look no further! This one-basket air fryer honey mustard sausage traybake is incredibly easy to prepare and requires minimal cleanup. With just one basket to wash, you can enjoy a delicious dinner without the hassle. Method

Step 1

Dice the baby potatoes and chop the onion, then place them in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and add fresh rosemary. Then pop your potato mixture into the air fryer basket and add your sausages on top. 

Step 2

Create your honey mustard dressing by mixing all the ingredients above and pour over the sausage & potato mix, making sure everything is evenly coated 

Step 3

Airfry for 20 minutes at 190 giving it a shake halfway through

Step 4

Serve with some fresh thyme and enjoy 😊

Ingredients

8 Thick Pork Sausages

750g Baby Potatoes, quartered

1 white onion, chopped

Few sprigs of fresh rosemary

1 tbsp olive oil

Salt and pepper

Fresh thyme, to serve

For the honey mustard sauce: 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard, 2 tbsp Honey, 1 tbsp Olive Oil, Salt & Pepper
