Method

Step 1

Peel your carrots and pop them into the microwave for 5 minutes so they start to cook

Step 2

Wrap the carrots in some bacon and brush some honey on top 

Step 3

Air fry for 12 minutes a 190°C (375°F) and serve with some crushed chestnuts and rosemary

10-12 Baby carrots

Streaky unsmoked bacon  

50g Honey   

Crushed chestnuts,  for serving (optional)

Rosemary Twigs, for serving (optional)
