Ingredients – Frozen thin chicken strips of your choice, – Sauce Ingredients – 4 tbsp ketchup – 2 tbsp sriracha – 1 tsp dark soy sauce – 1 tsp rice wine vinegar – 1 tbsp garlic puree – 3 tbsp honey Method 1. Airfry the chicken according to packet instructions mine took 8 minutes 2. Mix the sauce up then coat the cooked chicken in the sauce 3. Serve with rice, top with sesame, spring onions and chilli. Method

Step 1

Begin by air frying the chicken, following the packet instructions. Typically, this step takes around 8 minutes.

 

Step 2

Next, create your sauce. In a bowl mix together 4 tbsp ketchup, 2 tbsp sriracha, 1 tsp dark soy sauce, 1 tsp rice wine vinegar, 1 tbsp garlic puree and 3 tbsp honey.

Step 3

Once your chicken is cooked, remove from the air fryer and coat the chicken in the sauce.

Step 4

Serve with some rice or with salad. Or for visual appeal, garnish with sesame seeds, fresh spring onions, and a sprinkle of chopped chilli. Enjoy – and remember to grab your copy of 30 Minute Meals today!
