Coat the chicken breasts in – 1 tsp paprika – 1 tsp oregano – 1 egg – 100g crushed cornflakes Ingredients * Romaine/Baby Leaf Lettuce * 2 brioche buns * 50g Parmesan, grated * Pre-cooked crispy bacon * 2-3 tbsp store bought Caesar salad dressing or make your own using: * 2 tbsp garlic mayo * Juice of half a lemon * 2 tbsp parmesan * 1 tsp Dijon mustard * 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce * Parmesan * Salt and pepper * Method: 1. Flatten your chicken breast using a meat tenderiser (or feel free to use a rolling pin). 2. Coat the chicken breast in 1 tsp of paprika and 1 tsp of oregano. 3. Dip each chicken breast into egg on both sides, then into the crushed corn flakes – making sure to coat equally. 4. Pop the chicken breasts in the air fryer and cook for 15 minutes at 180°C (355°F). 5. While chicken is in the air fryer, chop some baby gem lettuce and mix with some of your Caesar dressing. Toast your brioche buns, and cut up some of your pre-cooked bacon so it makes a nice bacon crumb. 6. When chicken is done, start assembling your chicken burger by adding your sauce first, then your chicken, and top with your lettuce mix, bacon crumb and parmesan. 7. Method
Step 1
Flatten your chicken breast using a meat tenderiser (or feel free to use a rolling pin).
Step 2
Coat the chicken breast in 1 tsp of paprika and 1 tsp of oregano.
Step 3
Dip each chicken breast into egg on both sides, then into the crushed corn flakes – making sure to coat equally.
Step 4
Pop the chicken breasts in the air fryer and cook for 15 minutes at 180°C (355°F).
Step 5
While chicken is in the air fryer, chop some baby gem lettuce and mix with some of your caesar dressing. Toast your brioche buns, and cut up some of your pre-cooked bacon so it makes a nice bacon crumb.
